Meet outside Old College Building, Abertay University, Bell Street, DD1 1HG
If AI tools could really “fix” problems with the world we live in, what images would we use to get the process started? On this photo walk, we will explore the heart of Dundee to capture photographs of things that could be improved, that have gone wrong, or that we don’t quite like. Photos could highlight, for example, environmental, urban, or socio-economic issues.
Featured images will be used in a live demonstration and workshop by Schmieg and Scwarzenberg at Dundee Design Festival on Friday 27 September. Participants are encouraged to attend both the photo walk and the workshop.
Please note that no professional photography knowledge or equipment is required to participate.
Led by Dr. Martin Zeilinger, Reader in Computational Arts & Technology, Abertay University, and co-developed with the artists.
